Happy new year!
Here's a little recap of the past couple of weeks...
2024 is off to a pretty good start. I did set some ambitious reading goals that I publicly declared on YouTube (that i'm already amending since goals CAN change) which are now probably no longer happening. But I have read about 10? books already and I've enjoyed most of them.
Im currently reading Martyr! and so far im enjoying it. It's been a struggle trying to fit in time to read.
I decided to do something a little crazy: Open a bookstore in 90 days with $0. If you want more details, click at the top of the page. Long story short: this passion project will be my life for the next 90 days.
Im obsessed with being a firefighter; yes i'm internally making it my whole personality. Im excited to learn more and be challenged in a more physical way while also learning a ton of new things (and wearing my cool, cancer-causing gear.)

I haven't read much because I took my first fire class and that was an experience. I didn't know what I had signed up for but I walked away a better person (and having experienced my first fire)

Tons has happened to me in the past couple of weeks that I can't even begin to list it all out. I find great joy in the simplest of things because for so long I couldn't see beyond my pain and suffering. Im so grateful to be in the times that I so fervently prayed for.
