Refund policy

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. No order cancellations or refunds are allowed at this time.

 

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, The Homestead Creations has a no refunds / no returns policy. 

If you have an issue with any part of your order once its received, feel free to reach out to us within 24 hrs so that we can best resolve the issue. Our email is help@thehomesteadcreations.com We will not be answering any order issues through DMs or over the phone. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages incurred due to the postal service are not the responsibility of The Homestead Creations. Any issue with lost packages must be resolved with the postal system or courier. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
